A Raleigh native, she graduated from Needham B. Broughton High School and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre and Speech from the University of South Carolina. Before her political career, Dahle worked as a stage manager on Broadway and later for the Young Adult Institute in Brooklyn, focusing on services for individuals with developmental disabilities. She is committed to fostering an inclusive environment and advancing policies that protect the rights of all individuals, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity. Her dedication to public service and her community has earned her the trust and respect of her constituents, leading to her re-election in 2020 and 2022.
