- Public Servant: Has served on the Oxford Board of Commissioners since 2021. He led the charge to create a hugely-successful social district in downtown Oxford and helped reopen the Oxford City Theater.
- Committed to Improving Quality of Life: He supported measures to pay a living wage for Oxford employees including police and firefighters and approved investments in clean drinking water. He took a leading role in expanding the Kerr Lake Regional water plant.
- For Safer Communities: Bryan has been outspoken on the need to make North Carolina safer by supporting common sense gun control measures.
- Healthcare Advocate: Bryan vocally supports the rights of women to their bodily autonomy and reproductive healthcare. He has been endorsed by Carolina Forward and committed to supporting an amendment to North Carolina’s constitution protecting reproductive freedoms.
- Public Education Supporter: Bryan is opposed to money being taken from the public school system by the voucher program. He supports pay raises for educators to keep the best teachers in North Carolina. He opposes banning books and governmental interference in curriculum.
